The Creation has been attacked by many people as being a myth. But what really is amazing is that Christians are attacking the literal reading of the Bible, and turning Genesis 1 into billions of years for God to create the world and man. I deny this and stand firmly on the authority of the Scriptures which teaches that Creation occurred in six 24-hour length days. Furthermore, Creation occurred between 6,000 years and 10,000 years ago, and a planet-wide flood followed around a 1,500 years later.
Many Christians who do not believe that God created the world in 6 - twenty-four hour periods, will admit that they are trying to reconcile “science” with the Bible. God, who created science, should always be believed over and above where science disagrees with the Bible. |
